A few days ago I received the news from Russia. The attempt to kill Adam Osmaev in Kiev, Ukraine.

Adam is a military commander of Ukraine, who is fighting against Russian aggression in eastern Ukraine. He was invited by a supposed journalist Alex Verner, for an interview, but during the interview, Alex told him that he had a gift for him and got out his “Glock” pistol, which he fired four times. The one who saved Adam was his wife, who was also his bodyguard and had a hidden weapon, which was not expected by the hit man. Immediately she shot the murderer of her “Macarov“, also four times, with which she neutralized him.

The killer survived, just like his victim. It is not the first time that Russian agents shoot their victims in the capital of Ukraine. The hybrid war continues and Russia is trying to eliminate the more active opponents. Just in recent months, journalist Sergey Sheremet and Russian deputy Denis Voronencov, who escaped from Russia, were killed in Kiev. The two previously received political asylum in Ukraine and were opponents of Putin’s dictatorship. This time, the killer was arrested and identified.
His name is Arthur Denisultanov, also known by the names of: Kumircaev, Krinari, Tichenco, Verner, Tsebro alias Dingo. He is a famous hit man, kidnapper, fraudster of St. Petersburg.
Three times he was sentenced for multiple crimes in Russia, but every time, he mysteriously left prison without serving his sentence and continued to commit new offenses. His sentence should end in 2019, but it came out that he, for a while, had been living in Ukraine, with a false identity and fulfilling the delicate tasks, killing the Russian opponents. It is interesting that in 2008 this same Dingo was captured in Vienna, the capital of Austria, for preparing the murder of another Russian opponent Umar Israilov, who was later killed by other hit men.
At that time Dingo collaborated with the investigation and gave testimony, that he worked for the Russian intelligence service as a hit man and was ordered to kill Israilov. The Austrian authorities sent the assassin back to Russia, where he apparently continued with his job. This time it is very unlikely that Ukraine will return it. More likely, Russian agents will kill him, as they always do in these situations.
Analyzing all this I must conclude, that in recent years the Russian intelligence services widely use criminals in their operations. For example, in the war in Ukraine, some of the pro-Russian fighters are criminals, who were in Russian prisons and were hired and released to participate in the war. For Russia this is not a new practice. In the Second World War there existed the special divisions (shtrafbat), formed by the Russian prisoners. They were sent in the bloodiest battles.

Very few of them managed to survive. But the KGB intelligence formed special groups of the most professional killers and used them for special operations, such as during the war period, and after it. Here I want to clarify that in Russia, not only KGB-FSB carry out the secret operations inside and outside the country. There are less well-known but perhaps more powerful services like GRU and SVR and all have their special groups for secret eliminations. Within these groups, participate professional agents, as well as professional criminals who later become agents.

We can remember a large list of people who were eliminated by the Russian secret services. One of the most famous operations was the murder of Lev Trotsky in Mexico. But in reality they are thousands of people who were killed by the hands of the Russian secret services. In Putin’s time these operations were activated. I can give only the most known examples of recent years. Zelimjan Yandarbiev was murdered in the capital of Katar-Doja in 2004 along with his 13-year-old son and two bodyguards. Katar’s investigators managed to find and capture two gunmen, who were GRU agents.
Investigators presented evidence of the crime and the agents confessed to complying with GRU orders, which used diplomatic documents, which explosives, used in the operation were received by the Russian diplomatic courier. At last they were sentenced to life imprisonment, but Putin personally negotiated their return to Russia with Qatar’s president. Finally, Russia paid many millions of dollars for its ransom and the agents were returned. In Russia they were received as national heroes. The assassin, is the agent of FSB – Alexandr Lugovoy, who is also considered by now as a hero and is deputy of the parliament. Sulim Yamadaev was assassinated in the Year 2009 in Dubai – the capital of the United Arab Emirates. The gunmen were identified as Russian agents, who managed to escape. They are 7 agents, who were declared in the red list of INTERPOL, but Putin managed to settle this matter with the authorities of the country and they pardoned them. There are many more examples. What I want to say, is that political killings are a weapon, which Putin uses frequently despite the international scandals, which accompany them.
But in the last decades, the Russian secret services changed its strategy. The numerous criminal networks that the secret services use for their multiple goals were formed. This process began in the USSR era. The Russian agents, started to create their companies in other countries and presented themselves as entrepreneurs. After the fall of USSR this process increased. The companies were engaged in sales of oil, metals and other raw materials from Russia, but behind the legitimate facade were hidden illicit operations such as arms trafficking, drugs, money laundering. A big part of the money of communist party was laundering and used in these operations.
In Europe and the United States several large prosecutions were opened against Russian businessmen, who were actually the agents of the secret services. Among them are Semen Mogilevich, Boris Birnshteyn, Grigoriy Lychanskiy, Vyacheslav Cantor, Umar Dzabrailov, Dmitriy Skigin. All managed to escape criminal prosecution and returned to Russia, which protects them despite serious international accusations of arms trafficking, money laundering, scams and robberies. The most famous Russian arms dealer, is known as “the merchant of death” for the film where Nicolas Cage starred this character.

His real name is Viktor Bout. He has been a GRU agent for many years. He was the greatest arms dealer in the world. He was captured in Thailand by CIA agents as he negotiated to sell 700 Russian anti-aircraft complexes “IGLA” to the Colombian FARC guerrillas. Putin’s government has done everything possible to free its agent, using all the resources: diplomatic efforts, multi-million dollar bribes, hiring the best lawyers in the world, but they failed. Viktor Bout was convicted for 25 years in the United States.
This whole story makes me laugh. The Russian government spends millions of dollars in Guatemala to keep me in jail for allegedly used fake documents, but at the same time they do everything that’s possible to free Viktor Bout – the merchant of death – What a difference. I am not a gun dealer; I am a political opponent.
Going back to the subject, I want to say that businessmen – agents, are only one part of the huge network of global influence that Russian intelligence services put together to control and manage the world. Many agents work as diplomats, journalists, officials of international structures. For example, United Nations is a nest of Russian agents, who use this organization to carry out their policy, cover the crimes of Putin’s dictatorship and steal money from UN programs, but this is a great topic that I will analyze in another article.
The powerful part of this network are criminal structures. It is no secret, that Russian criminal structures (RCS) spread all over the world. Its presence is stronger in countries with large Russian diaspora, such as the United States, Spain, Germany, Greece, Cyprus. The difference between the Russian mafia and other ethnic mafias is that, the Russian is totally controlled and supported by the services of the Russian intelligence. This control, inside and outside of Russia, was obtained when Putin came to power. For all criminal leaders they left only two options: to swear allegiance or to die. I remember this period very well, in a few months many criminal leaders were murdered in their homes, in the offices or in the streets and prisons, nobody was investigating their deaths. But many criminals surrendered and obtained several benefits. They have protection and support. They receive weapons, ammunition, permits for criminal activities with certain limits. In exchange they must share their profits, provide all the information and perform the delicate tasks.
For example, in the year 2007 our daughter was kidnapped. We free her by paying her rescue. When we got out from Russia, our house in St. Petersburg was taken through a scam from a powerful criminal structure, that works for FSB. This same structure threats and murder the opponents obeying orders from FSB. It’s impossible to find justice under these conditions.
Outside Russia, criminal structures are controlled in the same way and have benefits. Russian mafias control in Europe: 30% of the heroin market; almost all the weapons market; human trafficking; trafficking many illegal products, money laundering. Russians act different than other criminal structures. They don’t go into the streets. They rather work undercover, collaborating with national criminals, selling them guns, drugs, women. When they begin to suffer persecution they always can go back to Russia, where they have full protection. Russia can protect them in other countries too, trough its intelligence services and its powerful network of influences. For example, in 2014, the Russian agents kidnapped the intelligence agent from Estonia – Eston Kohver who was working in an investigation of the Russian criminal structure, which trafficked large quantities of cigarettes from Russia to Europe illegally. He was abducted by GRU agents in Estonian territory and illegally transferred to Russia. He was later traded by a Russian agent who was captured in Estonia.

The criminal structures are used by the Russian intelligence in many areas. They have their criminal infrastructure: lines of illicit traffic, illegal warehouses, many contacts. We have to remember that Russian intelligence services maintains their criminal businesses as trafficking of drugs, guns, prohibit products and many others. It is a big source of illegal money, used as bribes and payment of illicit operations. The criminal structures are a source of information, especially about emigrants that are opponents. They used them as hit man in some situations. They can unbalance the political situation sometimes, as what happened in Montenegro, for example, in 2016, when Russia tried to provoke a state coup to prevent its entrance in NATO. In some situations, the criminal structures are used in secret operations. They can kidnap people, illegally transfer anything, including weapons, people, explosives, to hide and store them.
All of this information is not hidden from the security and counterintelligence services of countries from Europe, United States and other democratic countries, that suffer this new threat. There are several reports and investigations published about this topic, where authors as the famous analyst Mark Galeotti conclude, that the threat is growing. We can see how the Russian secret services get involved in the presidential elections in the United States and France, using criminal groups of hackers with Russian origin known as ART 28 (Fancy Bear), that works for GRU and ART 29 (Cosy Bear) that works for FSB.
They are, practically, departments of GRU and FSB and they are responsible for breaking the systems of many countries and organizations, including the Pentagon, Democratic Party of United States, many systems in Ukraine, Georgia, Estonia, France, Germany and others. This is just an example of many others, of how criminal structures act, directed by Russian intelligence. This subject caught my attention, because our persecution is managed by Russian intelligence, utilizing dirty methods and a wide network of influence.

One more time, i want to emphasise on this:
In the world there is no example of a time that the Russian influence have given a positive outcome. We can see what happened with Syria, Venezuela, Cuba, North Korea and other countries – Russian allies.
But they don’t get tired of practicing their methods to achieve their diabolical goals. They can win for the moment, create conflicts and wars, but they can’t create a system of prosperity. The democratic world always wins in the long run. This we can see comparing democratic countries and allies of Russia, which are actually systems of slavery, as Russia itself.
Putin and his comrades are a real criminal structure in the world. In their hands are huge armies, financial and material resources, nuclear weapons and millions of slaves in which they converted into their own people. I hope that someday they will get what they deserve, for all their crimes.
