Prosecutors presented their complaints in my first statement, often used the word  “alteration”.

They said that the documents that we got were “altered”, then the word altered was not known in depth for me but for now after 18 months, it seems to me that are not our identification documents altered but is our process that was altered from the beginning.

Why our process is altered?

I remember that while sleep and fatigue of my body and mind surrendered me, seeing my wife and daughter suffering when remember that our search and seizure was taken with all the luxury of the police force at that time with over seventy pólice officers … my mind could not believe that much power, how come to take a family formed by my wife, my daughter, the baby and our dogs needed so much police power.

There is no doubt that Judge Miguel Galvez ordered immediately take my daughter and wife to the hospital to see their health, and although the order was given the days passed one by one, at the fourth day I remember the  same judge Gálvez came in to make the order be fulfilled himself.

The authorities of the prison system did not meet the order that ordered the Judge Miguel Galvez as the transfer of Irina Bitkova and Anastasia Bitkova to a hospital was recommended by INACIF, Which is why Judge Galvez intervened in order to fulfill the order issued 5 days ago. . Ver View as prison was issued to every family by clicking  HERE

Judge Miguel Galvez was changed after that he has a reputation for being incorruptible, by Judge Patricia Flores … which has another reputation !. This Judge Patricia Flores tried to get my wife and my daughter received prison without medical attention despite INACIF report said they should be in hospital

Judge Patricia Flores listened to my wife Irina and their advocates ignoring several times interrupted them in a violent manner. they were treated without respect. Before I did not know that this was ilegal. The Judge is supposed to let one declare FREELY. What did not happen and you can see in my article of justice frozen by clicking  here

In these days, the judge gave them mild and commutable sentences for 5 quetzales per day to corrupt officials who deceive migrants like us … That brings irony to think that corrupt officials were released but their victims should remain in jail.

In the first statement the prosecution argued the need for preventive detention, because they found no record of my entry into the country and they said that I came in to the country illegally, and that  was not true because we began to see how upset they were. Not because of my documents as they were saying but because of an incomplete research, they were asking for prison for the family  as being the last alternative that the law of Guatemala contemplates and for these cases of crimes imputed to me and my complete family it exists by law the enjoyment of substitute measure … for so that was the criteria of public ministry that I must be in jail.

Now our lawyers asked for a report by the airport where they enter legal migrants as we entered Guatemala, and indeed there says when I came together with my wife Irina, and entered the commercial flight by the International Airport “La Aurora”.

I wonder if my family freedom and mine, depended on a few simple reports Why the MP did not ask for reports? .. Later I saw that they had written incorrect my name and for this own error MP put me in jail where I’m already more 18 months

I remember in first tax return often repeated “he entered the country illegally …” I think that tax was a mistake that cost me my freedom until now … and would not think that the judge was cheating as this would be an evil and unscrupulous and away from justice.

Today I cam tell that the world is so small that I received the information that I can not reveal who is “still” a very famous person who “had” power on “Justice” and was a friend of Otto Pérez which showed interest in pressuring authorities administer justice for our son … we shall not be returned … Thank God there are still judges who have not let themselves be influenced by this dark character.

Who is or who are interested in maintaining our case “Altered”…?

The only part that is interested in harming us is the Current Government Regime of Russia as their footprints were left throughout our process which is still “Altered”.
