Criteria of the judge within Case Renap – Family Bitkovs

Wednesday, August the 3rth. There was a hearing to the case Renap for review, focused on measures of coercion on the accused.

Russian businessman Igor Bitkov, who has unaccountably been “linked” to this case with his wife and daughter, he requested on that occasion a surrogate measure of house arrest, it was already granted to his wife and daughter by the judge who was in charge of this case (Miguel Angel Galvez), however this time the new judge Aifan, who has been delegated on this case, has rejected that request to absolutely all processed, without any trace of a fair analysis.
It is difficult to understand the incongruity which is evident between “theory and practice” in the application of the laws in our country!?
We hear and see in the media that the heads of MP, CICIG and Supreme Court saying to the four winds that it is being promoted “within the sound judgment and enforcement of the law” to give alternative measures to achieve the chance to empty some prisons of people who represent no social danger, but must be in due process to solve their situation designated as “suspects”.
The case of Mr. Igor Bitkov and also the Peak of Alaska (Colonel Chiroy, among other nine soldiers) case are cases that confuse and disappoint citizens about what remains in our country, it is the terrible incongruity between the law and the capricious criteria and faintheartedly applied by certain judiciaries, who seem not to care a damn about the tragedy and injustice that crushes their neighbors.
The refusal to give substitute measures to Russian businessman Bitkov must be resolved on appeal!
We hope that the Chamber knows how to combine objective criteria and place this appeal because this gentleman Bitkov has been in jail for 20 months already, victim of totally unfair suffering in our country.
And most incredible is that a judge comes up to say that a “migrant can not be refugee ” at the same period !!!
Sometimes I have seen such nonsense, besides the fact that Mr. Bitkov and his family are doing all human efforts to achieve political refuge in our country and Aifan judge states that “there is danger of leakage!” Hahaha
