My third audience is over, after my almost 2 years in custody. It does not start yet the intermediate stage, judges and prosecutors are in no hurry, and they put me in jail So why should they rush?;

the mission is accomplished, no matter that there are no open trial or any other stage of the process. I’m already in jail.

The only thing I can do from here, is to inform people how everything happens. At this audience my lawyers filed two appeals: my lawyers filed habeas corpus against my illegal detention in jail. And every four months prosecutors must make extension of my detention. This time as always the extension was not done. On September 12th, I should go free, but they had a deed in which the extension did not exist and my arrest is illegal. By law, the judge should give me immediate release. But we know that in real life, everything is different, this time the judge found a request for an extension, which for some reason was not resolved, it appears that the request was carried out shortly before the hearing backdated to cover the fiscal irresponsibility. The result is that I am in jail illegally without extension. The judge said that personal exhibition will be resolved later, we’ll see about that.

Another resource that raised is a “harmful matter”.

Cristian Chacon is a young man who worked in RENAP, cleaning offices and leading stationery from one place to another. What they blame him of, is using his password, he entered the system of RENAP to make the necessary changes and generate DPI for me and four others. He was captured in 2013, which are now almost 4 years in jail, according to MP, him and another floor cleaner are responsible for all changes. They captured only these two boys who have no resources to defend themselves nor any influence.

The lawyer made a good presentation, Cristian has nothing to do with the crimes alleged against him, he did not use computers, or even had one. His work was very different, washing floors, and arrange offices. The lawyer showed that there is a special procedure to provide the password to one user in RENAP, several forms must be filled by the user, with his signature and fingerprints. Only workers with certain range could receive password access to the database. Cristian had a salary of Q. 1,200.00 a month, his job was cleaning, there is no document to prove that he has received or have applied for a higher range password. The lawyer sued RENAP for false statements, she requested that the legal proceedings against Cristian stop until their claim is resolved. The lawyer also said that the persecution of Cristian aims to avoid real investigation in RENAP and cover those responsible for the crimes that were committed within RENAP.

I was surprised by the response of MP prosecutor, he said that according to his research Cristian is a member of a criminal organization, whether he is cleaning worker or not. I then asked, Where is the structure ?, why is that only Cristian and the other worker are in jail, there is not a single oficial from RENAP. At the time the alterations were made, Cristian was only 18 years old and worked in RENAP since a few months ago. It makes me laugh all this, how prosecutors try to evade justice, and for the same case of documents of a Nicaraguan citizen, the court acquitted Cristian.

Despite all this MP does not want to accept the truth, we declared them once the process was made by a “Cutino International” a legal structure which worked with senior RENAP. The documents were issued for thousands of people, and remains so.

Why do not they want to investigate? We can guess.

Meanwhile the judge adjourned the audience until September 21, they are in no hurry while we’re in jail. After the audience, three hours I was in the basement waiting for them to return me to prison, three hours standing, hands cuffed behind, is a tough test, you can try, it is not easy.

I returned to prison with a huge headache but in the morning I felt better, and decided to write.
